POLICE are concerned for the welfare of an Oldham pensioner with dementia who has gone missing.
Brian Dodsworth (70) has not been seen since just after 11am on Sunday when he left his care home in Manchester Road.
Mr Dodsworth requires medication for a number of health complications, but does not have his medication with him.
He is described as having short grey hair, a moustache, tattoos on his arm and wears glasses. When he left the home, he is believed to have been wearing a blue hooded jacket with a black bomber style jacket over the top.
Anyone with information is asked to ring police on 101.
PC John Ralphs, based at Oldham police station, said: “Both police and staff from the home are becoming increasingly concerned for Brian and we have a number of officers trying to find him so we can make sure he is safe and well.
“If anyone has seen Brian since yesterday, then please call us with any information.”
