Moorland hit by huge blaze FIRE-FIGHTERS tackled a huge blaze which ripped through moorland in Greenfield last night. Five engines were initially sent to the scene close to Dovestone reservoir at around 9pm last night.

The flame could be seen for miles by people who posted spectacular photographs on social media.
Ten hectares of grassland are believed to have been affected and some crews remained in the area for several hours before returning this morning.
No one is thought to have been hurt and no property is believed to have been at risk
