The Oldham College Campus
VOCATIONAL training and apprenticeships will be highlighted at Oldham College's open day on Saturday.
The Middleton Road-based college will be open from 10am to 2pm.
It said its courses offer students real alternatives to sixth-form college and A- levels, with programmes focused on routes into work, apprenticeships or progression to higher education.
Vice-principal Sam Breckell said: "I'm sure students will be impressed with what they find. We have a wealth of activities to showcase what we offer on our marvellous new campus, all geared to making sure that when our students leave us, they move into work, an apprenticeship or go to university."
Visitors can take part in construction industry skills sessions and scientific experiments. They can also watch music and performing arts rehearsals and meet Armed Forces representatives.
