YOUNGSTERS proved that Oldham has talent as they strutted their stuff on the dance floor.
Oldham Integrated Youth Service and Sports Development held "A Celebration of Dance" at the Queen Elizabeth Hall.
It showcased dance pieces performed by hundreds of youngsters at primary and secondary schools from across the borough.
The event was established six years ago to encourage local children and young people to participate in a major dance show.
It provides participants with the opportunity to meet with, and perform with, others from different cultures and backgrounds from across the borough.
One key aim of the "dance platform" is to strengthen and support the links between the local communities and school clusters and to letdiverse cultures to integrate.
Performances included the Oldham Gotta Dance winners and runners ups, which will be entered into next year's National Dance Schools Competition.
