Officers make appeal for help to trace boy aged 16

POLICE are appealing for help to find a 16-year-old boy with links to Oldham.
Officers are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of David Mihai, last seen on Thursday, July 7, at about 6pm in Stafford. He had gone into town with a carer to buy a lighter and slipped away.
He has connections to Birmingham, Oldham, Glasgow, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
David is described as white northern European, tanned complexion, 5ft 6in tall, of slim build with short dark brown hair. When last seen he was wearing pale blue jeans, a grey jumper and blue suede shoes.
Anyone with any information about David's whereabouts should contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 668 of July 7.
