PAUL DONNELLY (50), of Oldham Road, Failsworth, was given an 18-month conditional discharge for theft.

ANDREW MURPHY (25), of Charlbury way, Royton, was disqualified from driving for three years for drug-driving, and without a licence or insurance.

SIMON REEVES (37), of Wellington Street, Chadderton, was fined £30 with £72.26 compensation costs for theft.
