No rush to replace Joyce at United

NICKY Butt believes it is vital Manchester United wait for the ideal candidate before appointing a new reserve team coach.
The former United midfielder, who is head of the club's academy, has been filling the role on an interim basis after Warren Joyce left to take up the manager's job at Championship side Wigan in November.
Interviews are currently taking place for Joyce's permanent replacement, but Butt feels the club should not be too hasty in making a decision.
"It's something we're looking at and something we've got to get right," he said.
"We don't want to make it a rush job and get in the wrong person."
Former reserve manager Joyce returns to Old Trafford on January 29 when United host Wigan in the FA Cup fourth round.
