Beech blows cold at Park

ASHLEY Beech was beset with mechanical problems in the latest round of the 600cc Fuchs-Silkolene British Supersport Championship.

The 19-year-old, from Moorside, who had trouble with his bike’s suspension, finished 20th at Oulton Park.

Beech started the race well, but it soon became apparent that the gamble of untested settings wouldn’t enable him to push hard enough to get into the points.
