Jacobsen bails on Phoenix

Manchester Phoenix’ Grant Jacobsen has bailed out on the club after just four weeks of Elite League action.

The forward had been impressing on the second line, notching up four points in his side’s impressive start to the season.

Jacobsen advised Phoenix at the weekend that his former club, the Texas Brahmas, had approached him and then yesterday that he had accepted an offer.
