Scholes set to return

GARY NEVILLE and Owen Hargreaves will play no part in Manchester United’s Champions League group game tonight at Danish side Aalborg.
The pair were both left behind to receive treatment for injuries as Neville has a thigh strain and Hargreaves a recurrence of a knee injury which has troubled him ever since he joined United.
Wes Brown is likely to return after injury at right-back in place of Neville while Paul Scholes will be back in midfield having been suspended for the home draw with Villarreal in their opening group game.
John O’Shea is also in line for a rare start as part of a revamped midfield and there is a chance Sir Alex Ferguson could have Cristiano Ronaldo, Carlos Tevez, Wayne Rooney and Dimitar Berbatov together in the starting line-up for the first time.
CITY striker Ched Evans has been named in the Wales squad for next month’s World Cup qualifiers against Liechtenstein and Germany.
City’s home game against Stoke City has been put back 24 hours to Sunday, October 26 after consultations with police.
