Valley maintain run

Tame Valley’s fourth team maintained its impressive run in the JJB North West Counties Squash League.

They made it four wins in a row with a 4-1 victory against Lancastrian second team which was secured with wins from Rod Humphries, Mark Regan, Derek Leyland and Steve Brannan.

But there was no joy for the first and second teams which each lost 4–1.

Jamie Maddox was the only winner for the first team against a strong Springfield first team while Mike Donohue recorded the only success for the seconds against Ellesmere’s first team.
