Winger says no to Reds

SERBIAN winger Zoran Tosic has rejected a £3million move to Manchester United from Partizan Belgrade.
The Reds will be unhappy after battling in the courts to get a work permit for the 21-year-old, with Sir Alex Ferguson even forced to appeal in person at a special hearing last month.
But after visiting Old Trafford last week to discuss personal terms Tosic, capped 11 times by Serbia, rejected their offer.
CITY would need to splash out £18million to land Blackburn Rovers striker Roque Santa Cruz in the January transfer window according to sources at Ewood Park.
