SWP set to lift England

SHAUN Wright-Phillips made a surprise return for Manchester City yesterday against Bolton having earlier been ruled out of the remainder of the season.
And providing midfield player Wright-Phillips suffers no reaction to the knee injury, which had kept him out of seven matches, manager Mark Hughes says there is no reason why he cannot play for England.
That will be excellent news for England coach Fabio Capello as he prepares for important World Cup qualifiers against Kazakhstan and Andorra.
Wright-Phillips played the full 90 minutes and, providing there is no reaction, Hughes says he will be available for England.
