Belle Vue lifted themselves off the bottom of the Elite League with a comfortable 52-39 home victory against a disappointing Eastbourne Eagles side last night.
There were strong performances throughout the team with three riders scoring 12 points and Kris Kasprzak unbeaten by a visiting rider.
It was an unhappy return for former Aces favourite Jason Lyons who was riding as a guest for the Eagles but could only manage six points.
On Friday, Aces face a tough trip to Coventry, where they lost heavily early in the season, before hosting Lakeside on Monday in a re-run of the meeting lost to rain in the opening home fixture of the season.
