BRUCE CRUSE and Irfan Zahoor shared in an unbroken first-wicket stand of 234 as Delph returned to winning ways in premiership one of the Drakes Huddersfield League.
Cruse struck a superb 120 from 112 balls and Zahoor faced 121 deliveries for his excellent 105 in the emphatic defeat of Holmfirth.
Aaron Lilley had earlier claimed four for 59, while Kamran Mirza took two for 40 in the home side’s total of 231 for nine.
Delph seconds, meanwhile, were bowled out for 120 — Tom Wood made 54 — in reply to Rastrick’s 181 for five.
