Belle Vue boost their chances

Belle Vue dented Peterborough’s play-off hopes and boosted their own chances of moving off the bottom of the table with a 45-43 victory in last night’s eventful meeting.
Despite strong showings from Jason Crump (10), Kris Kasprzak (12) and guest Kevin Doolan (9) Aces were unable to secure the bonus point, and suffered another injury blow with Lubos Tomicek taken to hospital. For the Panthers former Ace Henning Bager top scored with 17.
The visit to fellow strugglers Poole on Thursday will go a long way towards deciding the Aces fate.
