Summerfield to stay
Date published: 04 December 2009
ICE HOCKEY: Manchester Phoenix look set to stick with rookie netminder Adam Summerfield when they face a top-of-the-table test this weekend.
The inexperienced Summerfield stepped in for injured number one, Stephen Fone last Saturday and will retain his place for the trip to Bracknell Bees tomorrow (6pm) and home game with Milton Keynes Lightning the following day (5.30).
Phoenix will continue to look for more experienced cover.
