MANCHESTER Phoenix crashed to a 7-1 loss in Slough on Saturday.
It was their third defeat of the season against the Jets, who took their goal tally over Phoenix to 18.
Sunday's home tie against Sheffield was cancelled because of the bad weather.
Meanwhile, Phoenix's quartet of Iain Bowie, Robert Lachowicz, Joe Graham and James Neil helped Great Britain under-20s to win promotion from World Championship Group 2.
Following victory over Mexico, they won a penalty shoot-out against hosts Hungary to qualify for Group 1.
Bowie was Britain’s top scorer with 17 over five games.
