DESPITE the forecast thaw arriving, our three non-league clubs suffered another blank weekend.
Mossley had high hopes of beating the freeze at Colwyn Bay in the UniBond League division one north, but were instead kicking their heels after the Llanelian Road pitch was deemed unfit.
And Chadderton’s match at home to Rochdale Town and Oldham Boro’s game at Stone Dominoes in division one of the Vodkat North-West Counties League were also postponed.
