Manchester Phoenix brushed aside Sheffield Scimitars and Romford Raiders to secure their third four-points weekend in a row.
Sheffield were dispatched 6-2 on Saturday night before Iain Bowie grabbed a hat-trick as they blew away the Raiders 10-1.
Coach Tony Hand said: “After the 2-1 loss to Peterborough on Thursday, it was vital we took four points this weekend.
“We want to finish in third place and with just two games to go we have given ourselves a great chance.”
Milton Keynes Lightning clinched the English Premier League crown with a 3-1 win over Swindon Wildcats, while Coventry Blaze grabbed their fourth Elite League title in seven years when they beat Edinburgh 4-3.
