Joe Graham was the unlikely hero as Manchester Phoenix squeezed into the English Premier League play-off finals with a late goal to beat Peterborough Phantoms.

Tied at two apiece, and five-all on aggregate, the teenager popped up three minutes from time to send his side into the final four.

Manchester now face Slough in Saturday’s semi-final at Coventry for the right to take on either Guildford or Swindon in Sunday’s final.
