BIRMINGHAM City manager Alex McLeish hopes Ben Foster can resurrect his career with a fresh start at St Andrew’s after signing the goalkeeper from Manchester United for a fee reported to be £6 million.
McLeish admitted Foster presented a better option than up to a dozen foreign goalkeepers, who he admitted were “a risk”.
