TWO swimmers are set for a super summer after being selected to represent Great Britain in the World Youth Championships.
Jessica Lloyd and Jessica Fullalove got the nod after a string of impressive performances in national competitions.
They join the GB squad on July 6 for the European Junior Championships in Belgrade, before heading to Peru on August 16, where they will be put to the test on the world stage.
City of Manchester member Lloyd (15) attends Saddleworth School, while club-mate Fullalove, who is a year younger, goes to Oldham Hulme Grammar School and also for Oldham Seals.
The talented duo impressed at the open age British Swimming Championships.
Fullalove claimed fourth-place in the 50 metres backstroke final and, in doing so, broke the British long course record for 14-year-olds with a time of 29.54 seconds.
She also came fifth in 100m backstroke.
Lloyd was sixth in the 100m freestyle final.
She also reached the semi-finals of the 50m freestyle, in which she finished ninth, and 50m backstroke, securing 10th spot in a personal best 30.1 seconds.
She bagged another PB by claiming 18th place in 100m backstroke in 1:04.
