Late Tevez shout for boss Mancini
Date published: 09 May 2011
Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini will make a late call on whether to choose Carlos Tevez for tomorrow's Premier League encounter with Tottenham.
Tevez was absent for the fourth game when he missed Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Everton but Mancini wants him to prove his fitness ahead of next weekend's FA Cup final.
Sylvain Distin and Leon Osman turned the game on its head for Everton after Yaya Toure's opener.
Victory over Spurs will ensure City a place in the Champions League qualifiers.
