ALL eyes were understandably on Manchester City new boy Sergio Aguero in last night’s 4-0 win against Swansea City at the Etihad Stadium.

After replacing Nigel de Jong with half-an-hour remaining, he scored two goals — the second of which was a belter — and set up one for David Silva.

Although it is obviously early days, Sergio looks a real asset, which I suppose he should be after the club spent £38 million to bring him in from Spanish side Atletico Madrid.

He is very similar to his fellow Argentinian players — the silky touch, low centre of gravity and physical toughness they bring to the table.

Our Welsh visitors started the game brightly. They played some good stuff throughout the game, but we upped the tempo after the break and controlled proceedings.

It was the ideal start to the Barclays Premier League campaign — and all of this without Carlos Tevez, who is still recovering from his Copa America exploits.

Next up is the short trip to Bolton on Sunday, where we won on the final day of last season to secure Champions League qualification.

With it being on the doorstep, myself and the rest of the lads in the kit department will make our way to the Reebok Stadium on the morning of the game to get everything ready.

We are bound to have plenty of fans there and it should be a good match.
