City strikers overpriced

SPORTS BETTING:
MANCHESTERS United and City enter the Champions League fray tonight and, judged on their early-season Premier League exploits, look sure to make an impact.
Reigning champions Barcelona are worthy favourites at 2-1, but United (7-1) and City (10-1) have the squads to go a long way and cash in on any slip-up by the Catalan giants.
City are 2-5 to take care of Napoli (19-2) at the Etihad Stadium tonight, while United look decent value at 10-11 to beat Benfica (100-30) in Lisbon.
But it is the competition's top goalscorer market which interests me most.
All it takes is an injury to Lionel Messi (3-1) and the prices about some top-class strikers will look mighty generous.
As the key player and leading scorer in a great side, Messi is the man to beat.
You could almost say the same about Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo (4-1), but the likes of Wayne Rooney (11-1) and his Manchester United team-mate Javier Hernandez (16-1) are ace marksmen in a top team and both are feasible betting propositions.
That said, a couple of Manchester City strikers make even more appeal at the current odds.
Sergio Aguero and Edin Dzeko have been plundering goals in the Premier League and have a more attack-minded City midfield than last season behind them.
At 18-1 and 33-1 respectively, they can be backed to small stakes and give their supporters a genuine run for their money assuming City, as I expect given their powerful squad, go a long way in the competition.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Sergio Aguero to be Champions League top scorer, 18-1 (Blue Square), Edin Dzeko, 33-1 (Bet 365).
