Confident City can beat anyone – Clichy

MANCHESTER City defender Gael Clichy claims the team are confident of beating anybody.
City face a stern test of their Barclays Premier League title credentials as they travel to Chelsea tonight and then host Clichy's former club, Arsenal, next week.
But after starting the season with a 14-game unbeaten run, City fear no one, according to Clichy.
The Frenchman said: "The next two fixtures are really important, they are huge. They are the type of games that as a player you want to play and train every day for.
"If we come out with four points, that would be great, but of course we are aiming for the six points.
"We know we are capable of doing anything against any team. We will be going to Chelsea with the idea of three points. We will try to give our best shot because we can do it if we are serious and focused."
City suffered a setback as they went out of the Champions League last week, but domestically they have been almost untouchable.
Roberto Mancini's men have scored a remarkable 48 goals in their 14 league games and can restore a five-point advantage at the top with victory at Stamford Bridge.
Clichy, set to continue at left-back tonight with Aleksandar Kolarov out injured, said: "Every team now wants to be the first team to make City lose because we haven't lost a game yet.”
The player feels he has settled well at the Etihad Stadium since joining City from Arsenal in a relatively cheap £7million deal in the summer.
He said: "I feel I am improving game after game. That is why I came to City and I want to win.”
