Mancini set to forgive and forget

Carlos Tevez is to poised to make a remarkable return for Manchester City side tonight, almost six months after his extraordinary dispute with the club began.
Manager Roberto Mancini, who said Tevez was "finished" at City last September, is set to include the striker on the bench to face Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium.
That is a situation that seemed highly unlikely when Tevez spent more than three months in Argentina without the club's permission and sought a transfer.
But five weeks after returning to training and subsequently apologising for his conduct, the 28–year–old is close to match fitness and Mancini is prepared to throw him into the Barclays Premier League title race.
