Mancini sorry if Johnson goes

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has admitted he would be sorry if Adam Johnson decides to quit the club.
Despite starting England's midweek win over Italy, Johnson did not even make the bench for City's 3–2 comeback triumph against Southampton yesterday.
Mancini revealed Johnson is eager to find another club with more first–team opportunity.
But the Blues boss revealed there are "two or three options" and didn’t dismiss the possibility of a loan move.
But unlike Emmanuel Adebayor, who does not figure in his plans, Mancini would be happy if Johnson remained with City after the August 31 deadline.
"Adam can have a future here. If you are at a top team, you can't always do that, so I agree, if he wants to, he has to leave. If that happens I will be so sorry because Adam is a good guy."
Mancini was not entirely happy with his team, despite winning their first Premier League game as champions
Slack defending cost City two goals and, for four minutes, threatened a shock Southampton win.
Even more concerning for City was the knee injury Sergio Aguero suffered early in the contest, which left Mancini worried.
Aguero was more hopeful over his injury. He thanked supporters for their good wishes, adding: "The studies revealed no significant injury — but it was a very tough blow."
