SIR Alex Ferguson expects another pulsating clash when Chelsea and Manchester United meet again on Wednesday following the Reds’ ending of the Londoners’ unbeaten run in a five–goal thriller at Stamford Bridge.

United extended their winning streak to five matches by earning their first Barclays Premier League victory at Chelsea in10 years.

BUt their 3–2 victory only came after two debatable decisions from referee Mark Clattenburg and his team of officials. Clattenburg first showed Fernando Torres a second yellow, though replays showed he was clipped by Jonny Evans.

The referee's assistant then failed to notice that Javier Hernandez was offside when he tucked home the winner from Rafael's cross.

Tasty tackles flew in from both sides during the match and Ferguson had to be separated from Blues boss Roberto Di Matteo and assistant first–team coach Steve Holland after a series of heated exchanges on the touchline.

When asked if he anticipated a lively rematch on Wednesday in the fourth round of the Capital One Cup, the Scot replied with a smile: "Good luck to the referee!"

THE Football Association was today expected to receive the match delegate's report in which Mark Clattenburg is accused of using "inappropriate language" towards two Chelsea players in the 3–2 defeat to Manchester United.

Chelsea confirmed last night that they had lodged a formal complaint to the Premier League over two comments Clattenburg allegedly made towards two of Roberto Di Matteo's players.
