United march on in Europe

MANCHESTER United manager David Moyes has admitted he doesn’t know why his side is struggling so badly in the premier league, given its impressive form in Europe.
United’s 1–0 win over Shakhtar Donetsk at Old Trafford ensured them top spot in Group A and will avoid most of their fellow heavyweights in Monday’s last–16 draw.
The Reds remain unbeaten, have won all their home matches and conceded only three goals - the lowest of any team in the completed groups.
Their form is in stark contrast to their awful league results, which have pushed United down to ninth in the table.
Moyes cannot adequately explain why: “If I had the answer I would have solved it by now,” he said.
“They are well experienced in European football so they are comfortable with it.
“They are also very comfortable in the Premier League - but at the moment they aren’t showing it.”
