MANCHESTER City have been pushed out to 18-1 for Champions League glory after being pitched against Spanish giants Barcelona in the last 16.
That’s a pretty generous price for a team which won at reigning champions Bayern Munich in the group stages and are scoring goals for fun.
Manchester rivals United (16-1) have an easier draw against Olympiacos of Greece and should progress, a remark which applies to Chelsea (14-1), who take on Galatasaray.
Arsenal (40-1) have the unenviable task of trying to oust Munich, who are the 11-4 favourites to win the competition.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s Real Madrid are 9-2 second favourites, ahead of Barcelona (11-2).
Meanwhile, City’s ruthless destruction of Arsenal in the Premier League has seen them cut to only 5-4 for the title.
Chelsea, who have been stuttering, are out to 4-1, while Arsenal can be backed at 9-2 despite the fact they still top the table.
Liverpool, whose 5-0 demolition of Tottenham at the weekend cost Andre Villas-Boas his job, are down to 6-1 for title glory.
