City boss eyes fantastic Frank

MANCHESTER City boss Manuel Pellegrini says he might try to extend Frank Lampard’s loan at the club.
The former England man made it three goals in two games in City’s 7–0 Capital One Cup victory over Sheffield Wednesday.
Lampard made the move to join City on loan last month from sister club New York City, having been released by Chelsea in the summer.
The deal currently runs until the start of January but with the US soccer season not beginning until March, Lampard’s form suggests Pellegrini could try to hang on to him.
“We have two or three months more to decide but I will look at what is important for the club and for the player. We must talk about a lot of things - but it’s not impossible,” said Pellegrini.
