Lampard yet to discuss City future

FRANK Lampard insists there haven’t been any discussions about extending his loan at Manchester City.
The former England midfielder signed for Major League Soccer side New York City following his release by Chelsea, only to make a surprise return to the Premier League.
His City stint currently runs until the start of January, but Lampard’s form has led to speculation City might try to keep him longer. The 36 year old has scored three goals in two games.
The MLS season does not begin until March and the claim is that the player won’t need a pre–season warm-up in America.
“The important thing for me is to play well if I can, train well and then we’ll see what happens. I’m here until January, so that's all I can say.”
City boss Manuel Pellegrini said it was “not impossible” he would try to extend Lampard’s stay.
