MANUEL Pellegrini believes Kelechi Iheanacho can have a big future with Manchester City.
The 19–year–old Nigerian striker will be in the squad for tonight’s Capital One Cup clash with Crystal Palace and could get his first start after making do with six appearance as a sub. Even so he has made an impact, notably scoring the winner in last month's Premier League match against Palace.
Pellegrini said: "I think he has important options in the future. Where he arrives will depend on how he takes his chances."
Pellegrini vowed to name a strong side tonight despite City's injury problems. They will again be without Sergio Aguero, David Silva, Gael Clichy, Fabian Delph and Samir Nasri, while Fernandinho is suspended after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season in the derby draw with Manchester United.
