Euro boost for Sterling

BIG money signing Raheem Sterling has backed his Manchester City team-mates to build on their midweek performance in the Champions League.
The Blues rallied from 2-1 behind on Tuesday to see off Borussia Monchengladbach 4-2 at the Etihad Stadium, partly thanks to two goals from former Liverpool man Sterling, who was celebrating his 21st birthday in style.
The focus is now on tomorrow’s Barclays Premier League assignment against managerless Swansea.
City’s form prior to Monchengladbach game had been patchy, with two wins in six games. They now need to build more momentum, starting against the struggling Swans.
