Silva on the mend

MANCHESTER City star David Silva says he is firmly on the way back after his recent ankle injury.

He said: "I'm still getting into the rhythm but hopefully soon will be at 100 per cent."

Silva has been on the sidelines for much of this season, alongside defender Vincent Kompany and striker Sergio Aguero.

Aguero has returned to training following a heel problem and hopes to be available for Monday's Premier League trip to Arsenal.
