JUST as I expected, it proved to be a really tough game for Manchester City at West Ham in the league.
It’s a good job Sergio Aguero appears to be back to his best, grabbing both goals in the 2-2 draw.
The lad Payet looks a great player for West Ham. He’s done brilliantly for them this season and has all the skills.
City dropped two more points, but thankfully most of the other results went for them. Leicester won again but Arsenal lost to Chelsea after going a man down early on.
I’ve noticed Arsenal have got a really tough month coming up. It’s coming to a crucial stage of the season and I believe the title race could go all the way.
City are back at the Etihad Stadium tonight for the League Cup semi-final second leg against Everton.
With the score 2-1 to Everton in the first game, it’s delicately poised and I wouldn’t like to predict who will reach the Wembley final against Liverpool.
Everton have under-achieved this season, they should be a lot higher up the table. They’ve always paraded a good team and team ethic, and always seem to cause City problems.
