Madrid clash almost sold out
Date published: 21 April 2016
MANCHESTER City have announced that all general tickets for next week’s Champions League semi–final clash against Real Madrid have sold out.
Only a limited number of hospitality tickets remain for the second leg of the glamour tie at the Etihad Stadium next Tuesday (7.45pm kick-off).
City attracted criticism as tickets for their previous home game in the competition, against Paris Saint–Germain earlier this month, sold slowly.
But, despite complaints about prices from some fans, that game did eventually sell out with a new club European attendance record of 53,039 being set.
