Neve Mallard: light show
TWO-year-old Neve Mallard stares in wonder at the stunning display of Christmas lights created by her grandparents.
Trev and Carole Thronton started to decorate their house in Glenavon Drive, High Crompton, each yaer when their children were young — and have continued the tradition to the delight of their three grandchildren. It takes several weekends to put up about 40 displays.
Carole said: “It is nice to brighten the street a bit. We get people saying ‘thank you’, so it’s worth it.”
