A FARMER’S Market should help raise some funds for Dr Kershaw’s Hospice. There will be plenty to get your tastebuds tingling from 10am-noon on Sunday at the Turf Lane venue.
A HOME Watch meeting takes place from 7-8pm at The Oddies in Union Street tonight. A Pub Watch meeting gets under way at the same venue from 10am-11am on Tuesday.
FANCY your chances of finding your way with a map and compass? Meet at Bushes Clough car park in Crompton Moor from 1-3pm on Thursday, August 23. Children should be over seven years old and everyone should bring suitable footwear.
TRADERS are raring to go for the Royton Real Food Market which starts at Royton Precinct from noon on Sunday, September 2.
TAKE a magical and mysterious journey by joining in with Dramarama at Royton Youth Centre. The sessions, for 8-16 year olds, run from 2-3.30pm on Thursday, August 23 for just £1 per session.
GIVE blood at Royton’s Trinity Methodist Church between 1.15 and 3.30pm and 5.15 and 7.30pm pn Friday, September 7.
