PLAYHOUSE 2 is holding a fund-raising concert in aid of Ward F11 at the Royal Oldham Hospital and New Bridge School on Thursday, May 21, hosted by Beatles tribute act The Threetles.

SHAW and Crompton Parish Council’s annual meeting takes place on Monday at the council offices, in Kershaw Street from 7.30pm. A new parish council chairman will be elected.



PLANTS ordered from the Crompton House plant sale will be in school for collection on Thursday, May 21, from 3pm onwards.



POLICE surgeries are held at Crompton Library every Thursday, between 10am and noon.



BINGO and refreshments for the over-50s take place at Shaw Parish Council offices, Kershaw Street, every Wednesday between 10am and noon.
