ANYONE with a passion for singing is urged to head down to Royton Youth Centre for Oldham Community Pop Choir tonight (7-9pm). No auditions, just bring an ability to read music and a desire to sing. Call 0161-770 5660.
A COMPUTER class for anyone needing help getting online is being held at Royton Library on Thursday. The free class, from 2-4pm, gives a basic introduction to computers, emails and staying safe on the web in an informal learning environment. Call 0161-770 8000.

Townswomen’s Guild will be hosting speaker Kevin Fitzpatrick for a talk entitled “Learn with Kev” at Royton Town Hall on Tuesday, October 8. Visitors and members are welcome to attend at 7.30pm with entrance, including refreshments, costing £1.
