THE Learning Centre at St Herbert’s School, Edward Street, is running summer activities for three to 11-year-olds from July 25 to August 19.
There are games on Mondays, cookery on Tuesdays, art and craft on Wednesdays, theme days on Thursdays and chill out on Fridays. Contact 0161-633 1318 for details.
OLDHAM Table Tennis Club trains at Radclyffe Athletics Centre, Hunt Lane, from 6 to 8pm on Fridays. New members welcome from the age of seven. Contact Dave on 07809-591608
PUPILS at Kingfisher Special School, Foxdenton Lane, will take part in their leavers’ assembly on Friday, July 22.
Eight to 16-year-olds can take part in the Star:Track programme at Radclyffe Athletics Centre, Hunt Lane . from August 8 to 11. Sessions run from 10am to 3pm daily and include athletics coaching, dodgeball and fitness circuits. It costs £40 for the week, including a T-shirt and goodie bag. To book contact 0161-770 4051.
WANT to brush up on your maths so you can keep up with your child’s schoolwork? Stanley Road Children’s Centre, Derby Street, runs classes from 9.30am to noon, on Fridays. To put you name on the waiting list for September contact 0161-770 8383.
Mills Hill Primary School pupils will be selling products they have made at a trade fair in school on Friday to raise money for various charities.
Holly Grove Children’s Centre, runs a toy library from 1.30pm to 3.45pm on Wednesdays and 1.30pm to 3pm on Fridays.
