HAVE a quacking good time at a duck race in Chadderton Hall Park at 2pm on Saturday. Duck sponsorship £2 in aid of Dr Kershaw’s Hospice, Royton.

A CHARITY car boot sale takes place at Tesco’s Featherstall Road North on Saturday (20) from 8am to 2pm.

Pre book at customer service desk or just arrive on the day with prices: cars £10, vans/estates, £12, large vans £14. Each seller will be entered into a free draw for a £50 Tesco voucher, buyers will be able to buy a ticket to enter the draw.

OLDHAM Waves, a self-help group for anyone with mental health problems, meets at Chadderton Court, Middleton Road, Chadderton, on the first and third Tuesday of each month, from 7.15 to 9.15pm.
