BAG a bargain at a Christmas Fair at Oakbank Lifelong Learning Centre, Chadderton Park Road, 10.30am-12.30pm on Friday. Stalls include knitted goods and home baking, all in aid of Macmillan Nurses.


St Mark’s Church, Milne Street, holds its Christmas Fair from 11.30am to 2pm on Saturday. Admission 50p, jewellery, books, tombola, Caribbean food, cake stall and much more. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
