OLDHAM Photographic Society holds its Christmas party at the Blue Club, Victoria Street, tomorrow at 7.30pm.



A LANTERN parade leaves South Chadderton Methodist Church, Thompson Lane, at 5.50pm tomorrow, collecting non-perishables for worthy causes in the area. The event includes the Christmas lights switch-on at Butler Green and finishes with refreshments at the church.



PEOPLE with children aged up to 18 months can get together with other parents at the Baby Days session at Chadderton Wellbeing Centre. It runs from 10am to noon on December 15 and includes stories, songs, rhymes and soft play. Older siblings are welcome.



Chadderton Reform Club, Middleton Road, held a Christmas party on Friday to open its refurbished bar in the band room.
