Walk cancelled

RAIN forced the cancellation of Chaddy Park FC’s sponsored walk to Tandle Hill on Sunday. It will now take place on June 24.

The club is holding a comedy night at Chadderton Reform Club on Friday, from. 7.30pm, and tickets cost £10 on the door, adults only.


A NEW committee has been formed at The Friendship Club, which meets at the Over 60s Centre, Broadway, following the retirement of Joyce and David Mortimer. Irene Lorenzelli has taken over the reins with all correspondence to be delivered to her at 49 Fold Green, Chadderton OL9 9DX.
