LET’s get the party started! Kids at St Herbert’s start partying early
ST HERBERT’S Primary School, Chadderton, kicked off Diamond Jubilee celebrations early, with a patriotic party in the playground.
The sun shone and temperatures soared for the event as children tucked into goodies served on Union Jack tablecloths at the Edward Street primary school.
There was plenty of flag-waving from excited youngsters who were spared the demands of the classroom to celebrate the monarch’s 60 years on the throne.
