Clothes appeal

IN need of a clear out? Donate unwanted clothes at Chadderton Fire Station, Broadway. Put items in the yellow recycling bin to help raise money for the Fire Fighters Charity which supports injured officers and their families.

CHILDREN can take part in a free monsters and robots-themed play session at the Mona Road playground from 1 to 3pm on Thursday. And there is a jungle play session in Agnes Street, at the corner of Robinson Street, at the same time on Friday.

FIVE to 11-year-olds can try out different sports at Stanley Road Children’s Centre from 1 to 2.30pm tomorrow, Tuesday and next Thursday.
